The spray nozzle of the Painter Robot consistently maintains a set distance parallel to the surface, ensuring uniform coverage and paint thickness across all treated areas.

This high degree of control also drastically reduces the spray mist, common with manual methods, hence reducing workers’ exposure to dangerous levels of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and other airborne toxins present in paint mists.

AI-DRIVEN AUTOMATION AND EFFICIENCY

This German AI Painter Robot is equipped with Smart Navigation driven by AI algorithms. It can establish its painting environment in real time as it sprays paint, much like a human painter, but with greater precision and consistency. It can automatically detect obstacles and avoid areas that you do not wish to paint, such as windows and doors.

LIGHTWEIGHT AND MODULAR

The robot is lightweight and features a compact modular design, weighing 130 kg and measuring 80 cm (L) by 60 cm (W) by 190 cm (H). This allows it to be easily manoeuvred by a single worker on-site, making transportation and setup very easy. It can be dismantled into four parts in under two minutes.

USER-FRIENDLY INTERFACE 

It features an easy-to-use app that enables users to quickly start operations without extensive training. The system is designed to enhance productivity by simplifying the set-up process and making it easy to use for general workers.
